US ORDERS ONLY

SHIPPING METHODS: We ship FedEx or USPS
NOTE: If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours after your order has been placed or you will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee on all orders that are cancelled after processed.
    NEW ORDERS
  • All orders are shipped within 2 business days from the date of the order.
    • Business days are Mon-Fri with exceptions to holidays.
  • UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box, therefore we require a physical address.

  • Please be advised that some packages may require a signature.

  • You can check the status of your order by clicking "My Account" at the top of the page, scroll down and click on the "Order History" button.

  • The status of your order will display "shipped" once your order is shipped and a tracking number will be e-mailed to you.
    RETURNS
  • All returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days from date of purchase or they will be refused.

  • You must call or email for an authorization number. All returns/exchanges must have an authorization number or they will be refused. All returns must be shipped to the Big Sky Mobile address on your packing list.

  • Shipping charges do apply to exchanges.

  • 15% Restocking fee applies to all refunds and refused orders. If you are exchanging an item, no restocking fee will apply. Additional shipping charges do apply to exchanges. Please allow 2-5 business days for exchanges to ship. It is possible that the item you are exchanging for may not be in stock. If so, we will provide you with an estimated shipping date.

  • PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER AT ONCE WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT. IF ITEMS ARE DAMAGED or MISSING, YOU MUST NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY BY PHONE OR EMAIL. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS REPORTED MORE THEN 5 DAYS AFTER THE SHIPMENT IS RECEIVED.

  • Shipping and handling is NON-REFUNDABLE. Items must be in perfect condition, no scratches, nicks, or dings and in original packaging or item(s) will not be refunded or exchanged.

  • If these conditions are not met, no refund/exchange can be accepted.

  • Airtime and / or service is non-refundable.

**Credit card fraud is a felony and we will aggressively prosecute anyone who commits or attempts to commit credit card fraud. We track every transaction and will use all means available to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
